Amazing Beach and Helpful Staff
The beachfront was stunning, with soft white sands and crystal clear water that I couldn't get enough of. The staff were very attentive, especially Mr Sherif, who made sure everything was perfect during my stay. The spacious deluxe room had a breathtaking view of both the sea and the pools, which added to the experience. However, the dining options were limited during my stay, and it would be great if they could improve the restaurant accessibility for all guests.

great amenities but needs maintenance
I appreciated the variety of accommodations, including the spacious two-bedroom chalet that perfectly suited my family's needs. The staff provided exceptional service, particularly Mr Hassan Al-Sakka, who ensured all my requests were handled promptly. The views from our chalet overlooking the garden were beautiful and added a lovely touch to our stay.
The maintenance in some areas could be improved, as I noticed some wear and tear that detracted from the overall experience.
